House at Tivoli, Cork City
The listed early 19th century house required major reorganization and had been compromised by earlier alterations in the mid 19th century. Approval was obtained to demolish and rebuild two wings in a contemporary design, using construction and energy-saving technologies and materials of the 21st century.
